Residential Preventative Maintenance Agreements

Although maintenance does not prevent the possibility of a breakdown, it does lessen the chance of one. Keeping equipment clean saves you money on energy. Dirty equipment will not necessarily decrease your comfort level, but it does cost more to operate, especially on the hottest or coldest days when the system has to work overtime to keep up with the demand. As a "Preferred Preventative Maintenance Agreement Customer" you will receive the following:

1. Preferential service over non-agreement customers.
2. A 15% discount off our current labor rates.
   (Senior discount already applies.)
3. A 15% discount on parts and material for any additional repair work needed.
   (Sorry, no other discounts or coupons apply.)
4. Automatic scheduling by season. Every season our office staff will call to schedule the cleaning of your furnace and or air conditioner.
5. A 60 day workmanship guarantee from the date of service on all services performed by Sub Zero Refrigeration.
6. Exclusive equipment or accessory replacement discount.
7. Also for every consecutive year you have our Preventative Maintenance Agreement, you will be entitled to the following discounts when you need to replace the equipment due to age, lack of efficiency or a catastrophic failure.

Terms of Sub Zero's Preventative Maintenance Agreements.

1. Agreements run from September 1st until September 1st of the following year.
2. Agreements are pre-paid for the upcoming years maintenance.
3. Renewal payments are due to Sub Zero Refrigeration by September 1st each year.
4. Additional work needed while the preventative maintenance work is being done will be brought to the customer's attention and charged out at the preferred customer pricing with no additional diagnostic fee's. No additional work will be performed without your prior approval.

Commercial Refrigeration Walk in Cooler, Reach in Cooler, Walk in Freezer or Reach in Freezer Service Agreements, nicknamed RISA and WISA. 

Sub Zero Refrigeration is proud to announce their Commercial Refrigeration Maintenance Program.  For as little as $5.00 per day your commercial reach in cooler and/or freezer, or your walk in cooler and/or freezer can be insured from break down with our WISA or RISA programs -  "Walk In Service Agreement" or "Reach In Service Agreement"
Sub Zero Refrigeration and your Walk In Cooler or Freezer, Reach In Cooler or Freezer meet hand and hand to prevent problems.
Sub Zero Refrigeration will keep your walk in cooler and/or freezer, or your reach in cooler/freezer running 24 hours a day**, seven days a week if you are in a marathon, if the weather is 95 degrees in July or  simply -20 below  in January.  Sub Zero Refrigeration is your partner if you are a WISA or RISA Customer.

These Commercial Agreements run from March 1st until March 1st of the following year.  

** means that if you have a Beacon Smart Controller with an alarm system that is functional and is not disarmed or non functional, if the alarm goes off and you call us we will be there to repair your cooler or freezer before you loose your product!
